Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders can not be amended, cannot be cancelled and separate orders can not be combined. 

We send all parcels via Evri, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Evri track and trace when clicked. All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.

We offer three types of shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days

  • Fast Delivery: 1-2 Business Days (orders must be placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday)

  • Hand delivery: for customers that live in our specified radius, your orders will be hand delivered

Cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout.

In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you to contact Evri first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Evri guidelines (10 working days). 

Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK on our website.

If you're purchasing from outside the UK, please use our Etsy shop for easy and seamless delivery and customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your Nava + Me product so you have 14 days from you receiving the product to return it for a full refund.

All returns are payable by the customer.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return. We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service. 

Please ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please measure your dog before ordering.


We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your faulty/damaged product and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.


We're sorry, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please feel free to return your products to us for a full refund.
